42-38/3 – Snap on Flip Top Kapsyl MaxiDose Starter TE

Snap-on application for a screw-on standard 38/3 starter PET preform bottle. The tamper evident ring in the preform neck ensures a perfect snap fit in combination with the closure.

This MaxiDose Food 42-38/3 starter is fitted with a tamper evident function. The tear-off strip can be easily removed before first use. The hinged lid can be opened and closed conveniently with just one hand. The dispensing closure is made out of polypropylene and has a high gloss surface finish.

The closure can be offered with different orifices. The silicon valve version with the patented MaxiDose technology guarantees a controlled and clean dispensing of the requested portion. It allows top-down use, since the valve ensures a tight closing. Non valve openings are also available to dispense liquids with various viscosities.

The silicone material has a memory for long term seal quality and the opening/closing mechanism. Good temperature resistance is another advantage to give excellent dispensing opportunities for a wide range of viscosities and product applications.
